What we collect
When you send an inquiry, download the Buffalo Birth Planning Checklist, or contact us, we collect the information you share: your name, email or phone, due date (if applicable), any message, and which page you were on when you submitted the form. We also record basic page and referrer information so we can understand how families find this site.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, schedule a free consult, and provide the doula services you ask about. If you download the checklist, we may send you one follow-up email checking in. We never sell your information and we never share it outside of Julia's practice.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained so Julia can serve past and returning clients. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing julia.birthdoula@gmail.com.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Lovable and uses a small set of standard tools: email delivery (Google), basic hosting analytics, and Google AdSense on some pages. AdSense may set cookies to serve ads. You can control ad personalization in your Google account settings.
